From phone conversations to comment cards, we truly work to serve you the best possible way we can. We are never out of reach, in most cases there is someone in the office to answer your questions 6 days a week and our managers or owner will return your call within 1 business day. All tags have a "customer comments section" for you to complete. You can be assured that we take your comments very seriously and will happily address any concerns.

Operations and procedure trianing

All of our team members receive training in standard operating procedures for each service offered. Hands-on training, explanation of cleaning products, when and how to use each product, code of conduct, and dress code are just a few of the items covered.

Quality Inspections performed by authorized supervisor

Inspections are performed throughout the process, not just when work is completed. Inspections are performed by an authorized supervisor or the owner. Inspections are not only based upon the quality of work; we also check that everything is "buttoned up" - for example, a boat inspection may include making sure the boat is tied up properly, power cords are plugged in and canvas is snapped back into place.

Trained Teams

Teams work in pairs, composed of one team leader who is thoroughly trained in all areas and another trainee. Team leaders must meet difficult criteria and are trained individually by an authorized manager or by the owner. In addition, all team members are to maintain a high level of conduct and wear professional attire at all times.

Supervised Staff

All our staff members are supervised by a manager and trained in safety using only proper equipment. We hire individuals who take great pride in their work so you can take comfort in knowing that your investment will be treated with the care and know-how to exceed all expectations.
