Dear Joshua and the Yacht Docs Gang,

I will start with WE LOVE OUR NEW DOCK KITCHEN! Daniel and I knew we wanted a new build out but we didn’t even know where to start. Since we were deciding to build in June, we didn’t think we would have a new kitchen until fall. You and your crew made it happen in 3 weeks. I appreciate you being so understanding when I goofed the measurements on the stove (which delayed construction) and helping me with a solution to make the microwave fit over the stove. Thank you for handling all the deliveries and yes returns. J Thank you Joshua for making it so easy. You took my first grade block drawing and made it into our beautiful build out. You NEVER said “no” or “I don’t think we can do that.” I’m not sure how you worked your magic, but you made all of our requests happen. AND you did all of it with a new baby! Please have any potential clients come and look any time. I can’t tell you how many times we have heard “that is the most beautiful build out we have seen”. Of course we have made a few enemies of some of the husbands….now their wives want one too.
We of course told them where to start………YACHT DOCS!!! Thanks again for everything.

I just wanted to let you know how happy my wife and I are with the recent work you and your crew just completed. the kitchen add-on is exactly what we were looking for and your suggestions always seemed to be better than what we came up with. (I still don't know how you got the floor level!) I also appreciate your willingness to receive, hold, and deliver our appliances when needed. You always were strait forward with us and told truth as to when you could not do something. Trust me, we had a lakehouse for 14 years and trying to get someone to do work there was awful. You were always on time and on the job when you told me you would be. that means a lot!

Also, when I returned after the recent ice storms, I found a leak which you had quickly repaired. Good job! The only problem I have is that my wife is looking to see what the next project will be. At least the next time, big or small, you will get to do it and not me. Thanks again for all you and your crew's efforts.

As you know we had two boats burn up this winter on my boat house and it left the place in an unbelievable mess with soot and debris everywhere. The toxic soot from the burning fiberglass really set some good stains into my boatʼs fiberglass finish. After calling (and almost begging) other area businesses for quotes over a three week time span, I called you guys on a Saturday early afternoon, you returned my call shortly there after, showed up on the boathouse that day, took pictures, provided the quote and actually had the boat fully finished (compound and waxed) COB That Tuesday!

More so, I just returned from a nice weekend at the lake and after seeing the boat for the first time a week later, I have to tell you, that boat hasn't looked that good in years! Also, I did not expect (and it was a great touch) that you actually steamed cleaned all the cockpit buorbor carpeting and even cleaned out all the cockpit storage items (ropes, koozies, etc.) wiped it all down and neatly placed them back where they logically should go!

Very seldom am I completely satisfied with anything (repairs, etc.) that gets done on my boat, but you (and your team) have exceeded my expectations!

Hey man we were up at the boathouse last night to check it out and the buildout is badass, we hadn't been up since you added the upstairs bedroom. Its like a whole new place with the downstairs addition and remodel, you were right about the Tongue and Groove ceiling and granite countertops they really set it all off. I also want to add 2 more outlets to the upper deck bar. Lets go ahead and do the dock carpet and get the spider nets installed asap, we have a a big customer appreciation party with live band on the dock next month. Id like to have it all finished by mid june.

I just wanted to thank you guys again for all the hard work on the apartment remodel. I know there were quite a few changes and all types of unexpected obstacles once you got the old walls open, but as always you guys just kept moving, stayed on schedule, and the end result turned out great. Dear Joshua;

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued good service. For the last 5 years when we arrive at our boat for the weekend we find it clean as a whistle and ready to go. All we need to do is turn the key! The boat is clean inside as well. Our dock/patio is all wiped down and spider free. We are spoiled!

If we ever have a special request we are always accommodated enthusiastically and professionally. Each week when your crew texts us that our boat has been cleaned it is difficult for us not to stop what we are doing and go straight to the lake.

We appreciate your specials offering "winterizing", "summarizing" , carpet cleaning etc. It's very nice to know that we can rely on Yachtdocs!
